We follow the Australian and New Zealand Standard #3760:2022 specifically designed for electrical testing to create safe working environment.
1. Visual Inspection - We check your appliances to confirm that there are no exposed wires, cuts or kinks and no faulty plugs on your cables.
2. Electrical Testing – A qualified person will perform an electrical test using a Portable Appliance Tester (PAT Tester). This will assess the earth continuity, insulation resistance and lead polarity to ensure your appliance’s safety.
3. Reporting - Once we have tested your appliance, we will place a tag on it stating whether it has passed or failed and enter it into our software system. You will receive a report on all of your appliances tested. Finally, you will receive an invoice for the completed work.
